Online coaching in a small group setting, with structure, accountability and expert guidance.

Perfect if you’re ready to take action but you don’t want to do it alone. This 6-week group health coaching programme gives you everything you need to improve your energy, upgrade your habits, and build a healthier routine that lasts.

6 x 60-minute weekly Zoom calls (recorded for easy playback)

Each week focuses on one key area: Sleep, movement, nutrition, gut health, mindfulness, and healthy habits

Maximum 10 people per group, so you get plenty of attention

Email support between sessions for added accountability

Handouts to reinforce each topic and guide your next steps

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is personalised support that helps you create sustainable habits to improve your energy, focus, and overall wellbeing. It’s not about telling you what to do, it’s about helping you figure out what works for you, and then sticking to it.

As a health coach, I work with you to make sense of things like sleep, movement, nutrition, gut health, stress and mindset, without overwhelming you. We set realistic goals, build better routines, and create long-term change that fits your lifestyle.

It’s not a treatment, it’s not therapy, and it’s not a gym programme. It’s practical, personalised, and designed to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. Step by step, with support.

How do I know if this is right for me?

Is the group coaching confidential?

Yes. Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement, and the group environment is safe, supportive, and non-judgemental.

What if I miss a session?

All group sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive handouts to stay on track.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice improvements in energy and focus within 1–2 weeks. The real magic happens when habits start to stick.

Do I need to be fit or healthy already?
