“I wasn’t really taught how to coach. Just how to train.”
Most PT and fitness qualifications are heavy on programming and technique, but light on how to actually lead a coaching conversation.
That means when clients struggle with mindset, motivation or life getting in the way, you’re left guessing.
This workshop fills that gap giving you the skills and structure to coach people, not just train bodies.
“I want to feel more confident in the way I coach.”
You’ve got the knowledge but when a client pushes back, goes quiet, or loses steam, it’s easy to feel unsure.
This training helps you take the lead in those moments, with practical coaching tools and models you can rely on, so you’re not winging it, you’re working with clarity and purpose.
“I want tools I can actually use – like, tomorrow.”
No fluff. No filler. Just clear, practical frameworks you can take back to your next session.
You’ll learn them, try them out, and then practise again so they feel natural, not theoretical. It’s five hours of upskilling designed to deliver value immediately.
“I want my clients to get better results—and stick around longer.”
Better coaching means better outcomes.
When you can help clients stay consistent, feel heard, and build real confidence, they’re more likely to succeed and more likely to stay with you.
This training helps you become that kind of coach.
