Before I became a health coach, I was burnt out. Tired all the time.
Out of routine, out of shape, and constantly chasing energy I never seemed to have.
I knew what to do, but I couldn’t make it stick.
Sound familiar?
Eventually, I stopped trying to overhaul everything and started measuring the things that mattered—sleep, movement, nutrition, recovery.
One small shift at a time, I built habits that gave me energy instead of draining it.
And now, that’s exactly what I help others do.
Who I Help
I work with busy professionals who feel like their health has dropped down the priority list, but know something needs to change.
I coach individuals through one-on-one and group health programmes, support organisations through workplace wellness initiatives, and run practical training for other coaches who want to improve how they support their clients.
What I Believe
Most people don’t need another plan—they need one that actually fits their life. That’s why everything I do is built around one question: what’s the small, doable changes that make a real difference to your energy, focus and overall wellbeing.
If you’re telling yourself you don’t have time, I hear you. But I also believe this: a little time invested now will buy you a lot more later.
Energy is the currency of health
When energy’s high, everything feels possible. You move more, think clearer, show up better at work and actually enjoy your life outside it.
But when energy’s low? Even the basics feel hard. You drag yourself through the day, skip the good habits, and tell yourself you’ll “start fresh next week.”
That’s why I focus on energy. Not just weight, steps, or food groups. Because energy is what drives all the other changes. When you’ve got it, you’re more likely to make better choices, stay consistent, and feel like yourself again.
My coaching is designed to help you earn back that energy through small, sustainable shifts that build up over time.
We don’t aim for perfect. We aim for progress that actually fits your life.
